Food costs change frequently, so we don’t post pricing in order to keep up with market costs. We are happy to talk pricing via email or phone.

No. This is not a deposit. It’s part of our service. We bring a manual set up or truck to your event that provides the service of pizza. We will discuss which option works better for you event.

After over 20 years in the business, we have come to learn that most guests eat within a 2 hour window. So we work with you to determine your serving time and we stay between 3-4 hours depending on your guest count.

Our pizzas are hand stretched, and depending on the temperature of the environment, they vary from 10-12”; we cut pizzas into 6 pieces.

We can easily eat a whole pizza on our own, and it’s customary in Italy to be served personal pizzas, so we tend to play it safe and suggest you expect to serve 1 pizza per person. However, depending on the crowd and eating habits, and any other food you might have, you can expect to serve 1-3 people per pizza.

Generally, you can expect to feed 20-25 people per full tray. Keep in mind, the more food variety you have, the farther a tray will go.

All our products are peanut and tree nut free.

Our dough and sauce are vegan, and while we do not regularly carry vegan cheese, we can easily make a pizza vegan by leaving off cheese.

Many clients provide their own serving set up, but we do have chafing dishes for rent. Please let us know upon booking if you need us to provide these for you.
